Issues of safe operation of buildings and structures in the Russian Federation are regulated by various legal and regulatory and technical documents, including Federal Law No. 384 "Technical Regulations on the safety of buildings and structures", to which is attached a list of documents with the status of mandatory, including GOST 27751-2014 "Reliability of building structures and foundations. The main provisions". In this normative document, it is proposed to calculate the reliability of building structures using probabilistic and statistical methods that can be used only in cases where there is complete, homogeneous and statistically independent information about the controlled parameters, while there are no instructions on how to calculate the reliability of building structures if it is impossible to obtain statistical information as a result of the survey and monitoring of building structures. information on controlled parameters, allowing to reliably identify the distribution law and its parameters. The article proposes a particular method for calculating the reliability of a centrally compressed column made of an I-beam with a cross-corrugated wall according to the stability criterion, in which part of the controlled parameters are considered as random variables with complete statistical information, and the other part of the parameters having incomplete statistical information is considered as fuzzy variables. The combination of random variables and fuzzy variables in calculating the reliability of the column made it possible to more fully take into account statistical information about the controlled parameters

Contemporary types of energy-efficient buildings: an architectural and structural review

    No full text
The article discusses the modern state of architecture and construction in the world, aimed on saving energy through specific architectural and structural design of buildings. It is noted that for the time being energy saving in the majority of countries is nearly the main problem, and that is a challenge for contemporary architecture and construction. There are some ways of efficient solution of the problem in question. Among these the design and construction of special types of buildings seems to be the most notable

Organization of planning in transport construction

    No full text
Purpose. Development of methods and models of economic efficiency of the integrated use of various modes of transport in the interests of ensuring national security of the state. Methods. System analysis, logical-mathematical modeling, systems theory, economic-visual modeling, research methods of operations, economic and mathematical methods. Results. The paper discusses the need for the application of economic and mathematical models in the design of transport construction (model of “moving the earth masses”, linear programming model, design of the “red line” on the longitudinal profile, dynamic programming model). Conclusion. The difficult stage of the transition of economic and mathematical analysis from the verbal description of the system process to the elemental base of the mathematical apparatus. Most research models of operations are designed for single criteria. Economic and mathematical modeling allows the effect of “private optimization”

Integrated transport system - basis of Russia’s security

    No full text
Possibility of improvement of optimization of integrated transport systems formed in case of several types of transport due to the introduction of design and construction management at the stage of creating subsystems of each type of transport. Factors intended to participate in the management of natural resources related to their extraction (technical and economic factors affecting the organization of movement by mode of transport and factors associated with the production of final transport products). The paper discusses the issues of placement and management capabilities of industrial transport systems based on the interaction of technical and natural systems. The implementation of project management methods for the construction of transport facilities developed on the basis of compiling individual project management algorithms, including organizational preparatory procedures, should be mandatory for all project participants, including customers

Organizational and technological solutions of multicriteria quality analysis in high-rise construction

    No full text
Features of renovation of built-up areas are considered. The main difficulties in carrying out the renovation process are identified. The concept of the constraint factor of the building is defined. Methods. A method for analyzing and assessing constraints for selecting optimal organizational and technical solutions for the renovation of territories is proposed. Results. An analysis algorithm is proposed, based on the consideration of the constraint factor as an array of actions of individual “objects of influence” on the corresponding “subjects of influence”. Conclusion. Сonducting such an analysis will provide the most effective and optimal organizational and technological solutions reflected in the relevant sections of the renovation project in high-rise construction (development of a construction master plan, preparation of calendar and network work schedules). The implemented rational version of the design solution ensured the reduction of the prime cost and the reduction of the terms of the preparatory works for the renovation of housing construction projects taking into account seismic uncertainty. Renovation is one of the varieties of this reconstruction of high rise construction

Construction reorganization as a type of high-rise construction and environmental protection

    No full text
Construction reorganization, as a type of high-rise construction is part of a basic reorganization cycle in which four phases (phases, states, technological redistribution) are consistently implemented: device, disorganization, reorganization and co-organization. Loft style methodology: the integrated performance indicator organizational and technological operational reliability (OTOR) of the Loft room, which is determined with the help of stellar infographic models, makes it possible to prove arguably the necessity or absence of the need to reorganize the former industrial building. The assessment of the functional zone of the level of the OTOR indicators in the system of the infographic model, in which the number of axes emanating from the point “zero”, corresponds to the number of parameters characterizing a specific functional zone. Valuation parameters are ranked in accordance with their tendency towards centripetal and centrifugal. The field of our research lies in the phase of reconstruction. The determination of the level of OTOR of one functional zone is formed by the construction of two infographic star-shaped models, one of which is constructed by centripetal indicators, and the other by centrifugal indicators

Cryosurgery for Basal Cell Skin Cancer of the Head: 15 Years of Experience

    No full text
The clinical relevance of head and neck (H&N) tumors is related to the potential disfiguration of anatomical structures (by the tumor or surgical intervention), defining patients’ individual features and emotional expression, loss or restraint of vital structures functions, and untoward socio-economic sequelae. This study is aimed to improve clinical outcomes of cryosurgery in patients with H&N basal cell skin cancer by refining the indications for cryosurgical treatment. In this study, cryosurgery was used in 234 patients with different stages of cutaneous basal cell carcinoma (BCC) of the head, including 101 patients with T1 tumors, 86—with T2, 5—T3, and 42 patients with tumors relapsing after failure of preceding various treatment modalities. Post-cryosurgery recurrence rate in patients with stage I BCC was 2.7%, with stage II tumors—5.6% and 34.9%—in patients with recurred tumors. Re-recurrence after cryoablation of recurrent tumors correlated with the tumor baseline size. The best aesthetic and long-term clinical results were documented in patients with lesions <1 cm in size with clear boundaries. Thus, cryosurgery is the method of choice for the majority of stage I basal cell carcinomas of the head. For patients with advanced and recurrent skin cancer, cryosurgery is relevant in rare cases selected according to refined indications
